McMinnville finished this last week with 29 active listings, 93 pending listings & 28 sold listings over the last four weeks. Compared to the prior week the median days on market for the sold listings increased to 13 days, the median sale price decreased to $459K & weeks of inventory decreased to just over 4 weeks.
