Our local multiple listing service (RMLS) released their market statistics for May.  Overall, market activity is trending up as we head into the summer months. Comparing market activity to a year ago, pending sales were up 45% while closed sales were down 15% respectively.  The median sale price ($220,000) is down 8% year over year but was essentially even from April and marks three straight months of price increases.
