Recently I stumbled upon a really unique little enclave in the Four Seasons neighborhood in Beaverton.  It was truly a find for my very wonderful first time homebuyer – a street only a few blocks long,  filled with individually owned duplexes built in the 1970′s featuring only $300 a year of HOA dues.  The homes have busy-but-still-want-a-backyard-sized yards, many back to Powerline Park walking trails, and all are part of Four Seasons, Oregon’s first planned...Read the rest of this entry »
