On August 5th from 5:30-8:30 during the Pearl District’s First Thursday festivities, the 937 Condos will host a preview of Suite 531, their fresh take on urban living designed by Bedford Brown.  If you are unfamiliar with the 937 it is an innovative building with a new vision for Pearl District living – its design is a departure from the traditional shotgun floorplan, maximizing window area in each unit to create rooms filled with natural light.  The 937 building is 100% modern design and construction – its LEED certified and it doesn’t focus on the historic and warehouse-like elements incorporated in other buildings.  If you read Modernism or Dwell this building is for you.  937 is a must see - they feature a concierge and are less than a block from Byways Cafe – how much better can you get?

937 is located at 9th and Glisan in the Pearl District.  Its easy to spot in the grey, mirrored window, steel post landscape of other Pearl District buildings – its white with red balconies!
